Prayer Challenge Sept. 4 – Declare the Great “I AM”

Day 4 – Declare the Great I AM
Target Prayer Time Goal: 4 Minutes (minimum)

In the past, each time I’ve found myself in a low valley and drowning in worry or fear, it was almost undoubtedly because I forgot who God was.

In the same way, each time I felt the most strength to press on in this journey, it was as a result of remembering who the living God is.

Today, remind yourself of who the Great I AM is. Acknowledge His power, His faithfulness, His goodness, etc. Speak His truth into your spirit.

If this is an area for development, pray that God will show you who He is, and to help you to believe it when He does. You may also pray this for others who come to mind.

2 Samuel 22:32-34 – For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God? It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to stand on the heights.

Psalm 54:4 – Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.

Proverbs 30:5 – “Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

Psalm 147:4-5 – He determines the number of the stars; He gives to all of them their names. Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; His understanding is beyond measure.

Psalm 108:4 – For Your loving kindness is great above the heavens, And Your truth reaches to the skies.
